Drama Workshops for Schools

Based in Norwich, Drama Resource offers a range of high quality projects for schools in East Anglia, run by experienced practitioners. These can be half-day or whole-day visits and we work closely with the school to ensure that we provide what you need. David Farmer also offers Drama INSET sessions across the UK. Olympic Drama

New for 2012: Olympic Drama - a day of five fabulous, unique, drama workshops for primary schools for Key Stage 1 and 2 that celebrate and explore the Olympics past and present, presented by a select group of experienced and respected drama teachers.

The Oil Game

A fun, innovative art and drama based workshop aimed at Years 5 and 6 designed to explore our oil dependent lifestyles and to question how we might move beyond that to a more sustainable world. Currently available to primary schools in the east of the UK.

Shakespeare for Schools

Devised to celebrate the 2012 World Shakespeare Festival, these interactive fun workshops for primary aged children bring the stories, characters and language of Shakespeare’s plays to life. The workshops are led by Tom Harper, whose acting career includes two years with the RSC and David Farmer, previously Artistic Director of Tiebreak Theatre.

The Storytellers

Drama Resource offers live storytelling, music and drama activities for pupils throughout Key Stages 1 and 2. Our sessions feature a great deal of interaction for the pupils, including a chance to act out and tell their own stories – and to create exciting sound effects and music.
